Fight for the Benefits You've Earned.
We'll Stand With You.
Victor D. Dunn connects clients with experienced advocates for Social Security Disability appeals and — for Texas residents — Workers' Compensation claims. No win, no fee.
Social Security Disability Appeals
Most initial Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) claims are denied — even legitimate ones. An appeal with the right representation dramatically improves your odds. We connect you with licensed advocates who handle the entire process.
Free Case Review
We evaluate your denial letter, medical history, and work record at no cost to determine your appeal strength.
File the Appeal
Your advocate files the Request for Reconsideration or Request for Hearing before the deadline — missing it forfeits your rights.
Build Your Record
We gather updated medical evidence, physician statements, and functional assessments to strengthen your case.
Hearing Representation
Your advocate appears with you before the Administrative Law Judge and argues your case on the record.
No win, no fee — Advocates are paid only if you win — the fee is capped by federal law at 25% of back pay, up to $7,200.
Common Questions — SSDI Appeals
Texas residents only — Workers' Compensation in Texas operates under a unique state system administered by the Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC). This service is available exclusively to Texas-based claimants.
Workers' Compensation Appeals
Texas Workers' Compensation disputes are handled through the Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC). If your claim was denied, your benefits were reduced, or your employer's carrier is delaying treatment, you have the right to appeal — and we can help.
Benefit Review Conference
The first formal step — a BRC with a DWC dispute resolution officer. We prepare you and your documentation before you walk in.
Contested Case Hearing
If the BRC doesn't resolve the dispute, a CCH before a DWC hearing officer decides the issue. Your advocate presents evidence and arguments.
Appeals Panel Review
Either party may appeal a CCH decision to the DWC Appeals Panel within 15 days. We draft the written appeal and respond to the carrier's arguments.
District Court / SOAH
If the Appeals Panel ruling is unfavorable, further appeal is available in district court or through the State Office of Administrative Hearings.
Contingency representation — Contingency representation available — you pay nothing unless your appeal succeeds.
Texas non-subscriber employers — Texas is the only state where private employers can opt out of workers' comp. If your employer is a non-subscriber, you may have a direct negligence claim in civil court. Tell us when you apply and we'll route you to the right advocate.
